National Healthcare Decisions Day is a nationwide initiative to encourage all adults, from 18 & up, to share their personal wishes regarding their future medical care. Based on these conversations, completing one's own document, and letting your loved ones and health care teams know how to respect your wishes - you save time, cost, and get what you want.

FVACPP offers various ways to learn throughout the month of April with free documents, videos, radio talks, in-person workshops, and a virtual event to guide you in completing your own Advance Directive (also called a Power of Attorney for Healthcare.) It's all free so why delay?   It's always too early, until it's too late.
